The Healthy Mother Healthy Future (HMHF) Asian Perinatal Wellbeing Programme is running a series of maternal peer support groups, delivered by Asian and Ethnic Health Services (AEHS) - Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora.
The next group will be for new and expectant Chinese mothers to share their lived experiences and foster meaningful connections over the journey of motherhood. Please refer to the attached flyer for more details.
AEHS also hosts regular groups for Korean and Indian mothers in the North Shore and West Auckland area.
