The Asian Health Line (iCare Call Centre) is a free service to help the Asian community access information and advice about health services in Aotearoa New Zealand. It can provide you with:

  • Information about the New Zealand health and disability system and its related services

  • Assistance with booking GP appointments

  • Hospital appointment enquiries

  • Breast screening support

  • COVID-19 information support

 

The Asian Health Line is supported by bi-lingual staff and volunteers who can speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu and Korean. We are able to arrange support for over 90 languages to cater for people from other ethnic groups.
