Services Available from Asian Mental Health Service(AMHS中文 | 한국어)

AMHS is available to Chinese, Korean, Indian, Pakistani, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese & Japanese clients

The Asian Mental Health Service offers the following services:

Socio-cultural assessment for the Asian clients
Psycho-education for the service users and their families
Counselling
Engagement and communication support between the service users and their mental health clinicians
Support for the service users and their families to understand the health systems and access appropriate community resources or services
Support for the service users to identify their strengths to achieve their personal goals
Collaboration with the mental health professionals and other service providers
Group programmes (the Incredible Years (parenting), Asian Wellbeing Group, Sensory Modulation, Wellness Recovery Action Group, and CBT)
ACPS: Asian Clinical Psychological Service
CCC: clinical cultural consultation service for the Asian clients by a bi-lingual (cross-cultural) psychiatrist
